I frequently visit your sports clips of Kennesaw at 1985 Cobb Parkway. Store 10-49. Katelynn came in and the WHOLE Atmosphere changed. She and her staff are awesome! I go in every 2-3 weeks to get my hair cut and beard trimmed. Katelynn is the bomb! Keep on what you're doing!

I'm so sorry I did not get the stylists names, but these women are amazing!!! My oldest was going for an extreme cut (from below chin-length to tapered fringe) and his stylist was so patient even touching up more once she thought it was a bit l9nger in front than he wanted after styling it. My youngest is a TALKER and knows what he wants, and did I mention is a nonstop talker? Normally, stylists get frustrated with him. His stylist and the others laughed with him and engaged him so much. I think it's the first time anyone has ever told me, "You've got to bring him back." On top of all that, his stylists gave me pointers and answered all my curly-hair questions to keep his hair healthy. Now...you must know...all of this...and we walked in less than 30 minutes before closing!!! I'm not sure I knew this level of joyful customer service still existed!!!
